Arthritis pain relief: exercise
Thursday, December 4th, 2008    Subscribe To Our FeedExercise can be a huge help with arthritis. Even easy yoga exercises can help, for example.
I do some yoga every day, along with flexibility exercises.
HealthDay reports on the benefits of arthritis:
“Keeps joints from feeling and acting stiff.
Strengthens muscles surrounding the joints.
Improves joint flexibility and alignment.
Reduces joint pain and swelling.
Strengthens bone and cartilage tissue.
Makes you more physically fit overall.”
I’ve found that when I forget to exercise, even for one day, my arthritis is worse. So exercise — every little bit helps.
